Landscape Nature and Emotions are the three key words that revolve around the Langhe Loft project. Landscape like the one you’ll take in from every angle of the Loft, whether you are reading a book in the lounge, relaxing submerged in the jacuzzi, cooking something or climbing into bed. Nature like the Lindens, Hazelnuts, Walnuts and the flower filled gardens around the house.  Emotions like all of the sensations we hope this place will bring you.

This unique residence sits on the crest of a hill in the heart of the Langhe close to Alba and the hills of Barolo. The ideal location for exploring food and wine experiences, visiting local cellars, going trekking, mountain biking or horse riding. 

The Loft is situated in 5000m² of grounds on the overhang of a hill, at the height of the leafy branches of the hazelnut groves, as though it were a tree house. The internal and external spaces are a continuation of the majestic glass window. Inside: the major volume, reaching 6m in height, is totally covered in oiled oak slats whilst the minor volume is a hollowed cube that houses the bathroom, kitchen with island and bedroom. Outside: the covered terrace overhanging the hill is a niche where you can sip fine wine and watch the sunset over Monviso and next to the house are the wooden decking with jacuzzi and terraced gardens with lavender, hydrangeas and lush green.
